Golden Shells

Everyone loves shells. These return from a trip to India and are dressed in curry or turmeric. Hence the gold color of this salty cake of shells.

Preparation: 5 minutes. Cooking 10mn + 30mn

Ingredients for 3/4:

3/4 l milk, 60 g butter, 250 g shellfish, 2 teaspoons curry or turmeric, 80 g Parmesan, 1 teaspoon salt.

Boil milk and salt. Preheat oven th. 7 - 210°.

In a 26 x 18 cm gratin dish, melt the butter over low heat. Add the curry. Then the shells and mix well for a long time. Pour the boiling milk over the pasta in a thin stream. As soon as boiling occurs, turn off the heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mix. Equalize the surface and put in the oven 25/30 minutes, until the gratin is well browned.

This gratin is sliced like a cake

Accompanied by a salad: king's meal.

The hack:

The pasta is cooked in the following proportions of water and salt: for 100gr of pasta, 1l of water and 1 tbsp of coarse salt
