In the Belgorod region, 9 families received new housing to replace the lost one due to shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

This was announced by the Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Let me remind you that on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Belgorod Region allocated funds in the amount of 9.4 billion rubles for the purchase of 1744 residential premises for citizens who have lost their homes. Finished apartments or houses under construction will correspond to the area of the affected housing of the owners themselves, "he wrote in Telegram.

According to him, the authorities have chosen the most difficult approach to issuing new housing - individual work with each family.

"The approach we have chosen, although not the fastest, but more humane. Of the 1744 families who need new housing, 400 have already decided on the choice," he said.

In January, Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers and the executive authorities of the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk and Rostov regions to decide how to restore housing destroyed by shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Russia.
