As noted in the study, employers are looking for analysts in the valuation departments, buyout, valuation and sales managers, expert buyers and sales consultants. Most of the vacancies are open in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Urals.

It is specified that managers of sales of used cars are offered from 150 thousand rubles in Moscow, from 80 to 170 thousand rubles in St. Petersburg, from 50 thousand rubles in Novosibirsk.

In Moscow, the manager for the evaluation and redemption of used cars with experience from the year is offered from 200 thousand rubles. The duties include tracking new ads for the sale of cars, analyzing the market for the cost of this model, visiting the client, checking for legal purity, analysts said.

Auto expert, editor-in-chief of the magazine "Za rulem" Maxim Kadakov called this trend obvious.

"First, the flow of these transactions has increased, that is, purchases and sales of cars in the used market. All this needs to be accepted, formalized, all this must be dealt with, and so on. That is, in principle, we need people who know both the paper side of the issue and the technical side. This leads to a second reason. Now there is a great demand for people who understand cars of more than one brand. We need people who know different cars, including used ones, "the auto expert said.

According to him, now they are trying to hire people who understand different cars and understand the nuances of different cars: their breakdowns, malfunctions, where to look and what to pay attention to both when accepting such cars for sale or commission, and when selling to end users.

Earlier, the service "SberAvto" conducted a study, from which it follows that over the past three months among used cars worth up to 1 million rubles, Russians most often purchased LADA, KIA and Volkswagen.
