This was stated by the Permanent Representative of Russia to international organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov.

"Deliveries by the UK to Kiev of armor-piercing shells containing depleted uranium may adversely affect the export of agricultural products from Ukraine," Ulyanov wrote on Twitter.

He noted that no one would want to import products with radioactive contamination.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Britain's decision to supply Ukraine with ammunition with depleted uranium will not remain without Russia's response.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also said that Russia will be forced to react if the collective West begins to supply Ukraine with weapons with a nuclear component.
