Russia's military invasion of Ukraine continues.
Russian and Ukrainian forces are fighting in various parts of Ukraine, and many civilians have fled the country. We will update the situation in Ukraine from time to time on the 23rd (Japan time), including the status of the fighting and diplomacy of the countries concerned.

Drone attack in a town on the outskirts of Kyiv
Ukraine's Emergency Agency announced on the 22nd that a five-story building was attacked by a drone in a town on the outskirts of the capital Kyiv.
According to local police, the drone attacks have occurred multiple times since around 5 a.m., killing at least four people in the building and leaving four missing.
Footage from the scene shows that the fourth and fifth floors of the building were severely damaged, and people searching for survivors in the rubble can be seen.
