It is necessary to continue to hold the 2022-2023 China-Russia Sports Exchange Year and promote various activities in an orderly manner. China attaches great importance to the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and the docking and cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Union, and is willing to work with Russia and other countries of the alliance to fully implement the Agreement on Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and the Eurasian Economic Union and carry out higher-level and deeper regional cooperation.

President Xi Jinping's use of Russia as the first stop of his foreign visit after re-election is of particular significance, fully reflecting the particularity of Russia-China relations in the new era. The development of Russian-Chinese relations is at an all-time high, which is conducive to better safeguarding multilateralism and promoting world multipolarization under the current international situation.
