This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev.

"They arm and provide the Kiev regime with intelligence, train neo-Nazis and help in planning military operations," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Patrushev noted that "the United States and its vassals" continue to pump the Ukrainian regime with weapons.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said earlier that the West has not yet managed to ensure the stability of the supply of artillery ammunition to Ukraine.

He acknowledged that at this stage, Western supplies of ammunition to Ukraine "are not sustainable," since their "consumption is much higher" than the pace of production in the member states of the alliance.

Bloomberg, citing sources, wrote that the authorities of the EU countries do not yet know how much ammunition will be able to transfer to the Ukrainian army.
