The eco-law subject of the baccalaureate of the Science and Technology of Management and Management sector was suspended on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. The Ministry of Education noticed that the subject had leaked and decided to distribute new copies to the candidates.

The Ministry of National Education will file a complaint against X and also conduct an internal investigation after the leak Tuesday of a subject of the baccalaureate, that of the eco-law specialty test in STMG technological sector, which forced him to use the subject of backup, he told AFP.

A leak from the subject of eco-law?

"There was a leak of the subject of eco-law" of the baccalaureate STMG (Sciences and technologies of management and management), said the ministry, adding that it was informed Tuesday at 13:58 p.m. of this leak, for a test starting at 14:00 p.m. The leak would have taken place on social networks at the end of the morning, it was specified. The ministry "will file a complaint against X," he told AFP.

This concerns 82,000 candidates, who took this test on Tuesday as part of the specialty tests of the bac. These began on Monday for 536,081 candidates (390,710 in general track, 145,371 in technological track). The candidates each take two tests between Monday and Wednesday, which together account for a third of the results of the bac.

A replacement topic set up

Following this leak, the replacement subject, prepared for each exam in case of problems, "was set up", and the candidates, who had started the test with the initial subject, "resumed at 15:00" with this new subject. "The duration of the test will be shifted by one hour," the ministry said, stressing that "an internal investigation will be conducted" to try to know the source of this leak.

The Ministry of Education was forced last year to use its backup subjects for the history-geography and science tests of the college certificate, following a leak. There had also been an appeal for the French baccalaureate of the general route, because of an error in an examination centre. In 2019, an investigation was opened by the Paris prosecutor's office after leaks concerning the mathematics tests of the general series relayed by the private messaging Whatsapp or by SMS.
