A "significant" failure, says SFR

"Investigations are still ongoing" to know the reasons for this "significant" failure, says one at SFR. "Our technicians are doing their utmost to resolve this incident as soon as possible," the operator wrote on Twitter, in response to several complaints from his customers.

"There was a technical incident in an area of the network where SFR is the leader. The teams remain mobilized to restore service as soon as possible," said a spokesman for Bouygues Telecom.
