He also appealed to the Ukrainian military.

Ramzan Kadyrov earlier promised to punish the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who filmed the burning of the Koran on video.
He stressed that such an approach to a foreign nation, culture and religion is characteristic of the Kiev regime.
