Police officer Anette Zackrisson is the group manager for crimes in close relationships in the Bergslagen police region. She has worked with children who have been victims of crime since 2001 and believes that child interrogations have improved since then.

"At that time, we didn't have a pre-trial investigator with us, nor did we have social services. It is very important that they get to take part in the interrogation at the same time, says Anette Zackrisson.

Why did you start working on this?

"If you apply to us, I think you feel that this is something that you can do. I think you're interested in psychology – what is it that makes you commit these crimes? At least that's how it was for me.
