The head of the confectionery of El Celler de Can Roca, Jordi Roca, also immersed in the Casa Cacao and Rocambolesc projects, has recovered his voice after having lost it for years due to dystonia.
The youngest of the Roca brothers has communicated the news through a video on his Instagram profile in which he jokes that he has been left "voice of a radio announcer at two in the morning."
There, he recalled that he lost his voice "seven or eight years ago" and that he has had to relearn, without ruling out that he can return to the previous state at any time.
"It costs a lot to resume the thread of the voice," said Jordi Roca, who thanked family and colleagues in their different work adventures for their support all this time.
