Ex-US intelligence officer Ritter: Putin responded to us deception by developing Avangard missiles

Ritter said this on his YouTube channel.

He recalled that since the early 2000s, the US authorities began to deploy missile defense in Eastern Europe. At the same time, Ritter added, the United States tried to convince Russia that such installations are not being developed to destroy intercontinental ballistic missiles.
