“We expect from Basta that his personal resignation from the government of Serbia will show how important it is to him what he requires, if he does not receive support from other ministers in the fight against the independent and neutral freedom-loving policy of our Serbia,” the movement said in a statement.

It is noted that the minister intends to undermine friendly, economic and fraternal relations with Russia and its people.

Earlier, Basta advocated joining the anti-Russian sanctions, and also called on the government to decide on this issue.

According to him, Serbia is paying a big price for the policy of not joining the sanctions against Russia, and Serbian leader Aleksandar Vučić is under pressure.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that Serbia would try to survive without imposing sanctions against Russia for as long as possible.
