Hit in the head on Sunday in the victory against Scotland (22-7), center Ringrose left his partners on a stretcher, oxygen mask on his face, while second line Henderson broke a fore- arm and will have to have surgery.

"Garry Ringrose is well today, he is back in Dublin," the Irish FA wrote in a statement.

"He will not participate in the rest of the Tournament this year."

To replace Henderson, coach Andy Farrell has decided to call Leinster player Ross Molony, who has no selection.

Injured in the shoulder, the two hookers Dan Sheehan and Ronan Kelleher will remain in the group, but Tom Stewart (Ulster) has still been called up in case they have to be replaced.

The Irish were not spared during the victory against XV du Thistle, since the third row Caelan Doris, hit in the hips, is taken care of by the medical team.

The XV of Clover is in the running for the fourth Grand Slam in its history, the first since 2018, and is four points ahead of France, the only team that can still deprive it of the final victory in the tournament.

The Greens will receive a revengeful England on Saturday (6 p.m.) after their humiliating defeat in their own stadium against France (53-10).

They will know at kick-off the score of the Blues, who play at home against Wales (3:45 p.m.).
