“The Kiev regime has begun a covert forced mobilization of students,” he told RIA Novosti.
According to Rogov, rectors from four regions controlled by the Kyiv authorities were ordered to expel students whose academic performance is at a level slightly below average.
“After that, the lists should be immediately transferred to the military registration and enlistment office so that the guys could be captured there, drafted into the army and sent to the front for slaughter,” he added.
As Rogov said, we are talking about tens of thousands of students.
Earlier, Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov said that the plan for general mobilization in Ukraine had not yet been implemented.
The effect of martial law and general mobilization was extended in Ukraine for another 90 days from February 19.
