She argues that negotiations "need a balance of power."

“I believe that the Holy See is best suited (for negotiating), Italy supports it,” TASS quoted her as saying.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that there were no prerequisites for the transition of the situation in Ukraine to a peaceful course, Russia would achieve its goals through a special military operation.
