Resolution of the First Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress on the Work Report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate

The first meeting of the 14th National People's Congress heard and reviewed the work report made by Zhang Jun, Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
The meeting fully affirmed the work of the Supreme People's Procuratorate in the past five years, agreed with the report's work proposals for 2023, and decided to approve the report.
The meeting requested that the Supreme People's Procuratorate should take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guide, thoroughly implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, fully implement the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress and the 1st and 2nd Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, and deeply understand the "two establishments" To strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidence", and achieve the "two safeguards", unswervingly adhere to the absolute leadership of the party, adhere to the people-centered approach, adhere to the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and practice Practice the people's democracy throughout the process, faithfully perform the duties entrusted by the Constitution and laws, actively promote the comprehensive, coordinated and full development of criminal, civil, administrative, and public interest litigation procuratorial work in accordance with the law, deepen the comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system, actively promote the governance of litigation sources, and forge a strong procuratorial team.
