Hello everyone, I am Ren Ziwei, a deputy to the National People's Congress from the Heilongjiang regiment.

Now I am an athlete of the Chinese short track speed skating team. Many people who know me like to call me "Elephant".

I would like to share with you a cold knowledge, it is very difficult for an "elephant" to lie down, and "lying flat" is even more terrible.

The word "lie flat" is not in my life lexicon.

Next, I would like to share with you my journey of growing up.

　　I was born in the beautiful ice city of Harbin, which has a history of more than 60 years of ice and snow sports. The "Millions of Teenagers on Ice and Snow" activity is also our most popular national fitness activity.

When I was 8 years old, I was exposed to short track speed skating for the first time, and it was like flying when skating on the ice.

It is such simple happiness that makes me a teenager with golden dreams.

From hobbies to professional training, from the city team to the provincial team to the national team, my identity is constantly changing. The only thing that remains constant is my love and dedication to ice and snow sports.

　　If you want to do something better, it is not enough to just have interest and love, hard work and hard work are essential.

On the training ground, every day I will do my best and be the best version of myself.

The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is my second trip to the Winter Olympics. Unlike the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, this time I participated in all five competitions.

As an athlete, wearing the uniform of the national team and representing the motherland, the honor of the motherland is above all else. The "group spirit" of the Chinese short track speed skating team inspires me to do my best for the honor of the motherland.

With the solidarity, cooperation and hard work of my teammates, I won two gold medals in the mixed team 2000m relay and men's 1000m.

This is the proudest moment of my life and the most honorable chapter of my career.
