Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, announced the new names of the participants in the American military biological programs.
Among them are representatives of state institutions and private companies of Ukraine.
As Kirillov noted, the head of the sanitary and epidemiological department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Morgun was organizing interaction between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the American Agency for the Reduction of the Threat of Mass Destruction Weapons (DTRA), while the head of the Center for Public Health of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health Volodymyr Kurpita "carried out general control and management of the interaction of Ukrainian specialists with DTRA organized the collection of biological samples from Ukrainian citizens and their transfer abroad.”
“The personalities presented on the slide are only a small part of the Ukrainian military biological dossier.
In total, the Russian Ministry of Defense has information about more than 100 participants in dual-purpose biological programs, ”Kirillov said.
He also said that at present the Investigative Committee of Russia is checking for participation in the implementation of these programs over ten US citizens, as well as a number of officials of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry indicated that one of the key participants in the Ukrainian military biological program are persons associated with the US Democratic Party.
We are talking, in particular, about the former heads of structures of the US Department of Health, the president of one of the departments of Pfizer and the executive director of Labyrinth Global Health.

Along with this, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation pointed out the inconsistency of the US statements regarding the work of its biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine.
According to White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby, the American biological laboratories were abandoned by personnel and deactivated before the start of the NWO, but the documents received indicate the continuation of the DTRA bioprogram.
In addition, in January 2023, the government of Ukraine approved new requirements for the handling of biologically hazardous substances and organisms.
“In the standard templates of accompanying documents, only US laboratories or companies are indicated as recipients and senders of hazardous biomaterials,” the head of the RCBZ troops emphasized.
He added that Kyiv, under the pretext of reducing the risks of the spread of diseases, continues to interact with the Pentagon in the military biological sphere.
“Such activities can be carried out in order to carry out provocations with dangerous pathogens, with the subsequent imposition of responsibility on the Russian Federation,” Kirillov noted.
At the same time, the representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense pointed out that the disclosure of facts about the military biological activities of the United States outside the national territory makes an increasing number of countries think about the true reasons for the presence of American research facilities on their territory.
“It should be noted that none of the facts voiced by the Russian Ministry of Defense regarding the conduct of dual-purpose research by the United States has been questioned or refuted.
In an attempt to justify Washington, there are allegations that all work is carried out in the national interests of the United States and is aimed at ensuring global biosecurity, ”explained the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the RF Armed Forces.

The Russian Ministry of Defense does not exclude that the United States is involved in the outbreak of the Ebola virus in Africa in the fall of 2022.
“I would like to note that the Ministry of Health of one of the states of Central Africa is studying the possibility of artificial spread of the Ebola virus in September 2022.
The concern is caused by the fact that the isolated Sudan strain is completely identical to the virus that circulated in Africa during the 2012 epidemic, ”explained Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection forces of the Russian Armed Forces.
According to him, one of the versions is the careless handling of pathogens by American military biologists who have been working in the region.
