It was around 06:00 in the morning on a Saturday in November 2020 that a detonation took place in a stairwell of an apartment building in Sala backe in Uppsala.

It now appears that a grenade was also thrown in a couple of days earlier - which, however, did not explode.

The designated leader of the Gottsunda network - who was sentenced to a long prison term in January for, among other things, extensive drug crimes - has recently been requested to be detained as a suspect for having instigated the crime.

The suspect: was ordered from Spain

The suspicions, which UNT was the first to tell about, are supported, among other things, by excerpts from decrypted chat messages recently received by the police.

There are more suspects in this case according to documents that SVT has seen, but no more are currently in custody.

The suspect denies any crime and the arrest decision will be appealed.
