- For 2.5 hours there was a gang that terrorized all the bathers and broke all the rules they have there.

We and all the other parents told the staff, but they didn't bother to act, says Erik Sjöbring.

Erik's bonus daughter then told that she had been sexually molested by two boys who pulled down her bikini bottoms.

The incident led to a police report, which had consequences for Erik.

He was abused by two men, one of whom claimed to be the older brother of one of the boys accused and reported for sexual abuse.

What could the bathhouse staff have done?

- They would have rejected them themselves, or they can call the police or security guards or their immediate superior, who can then take measures and call the police or security guards, says Erik Sjöbring

There would have been no assault if they had acted?

- Absolutely not, then it wouldn't even have become sexual harassment, says Erik Sjöbring.

Bathhouse manager: "Zero tolerance for violations"

Rickard Persson is acting manager at Högevallsbadet and says that there are guidelines for what the staff can do when order is disturbed.

- In the municipality of Lund, there is zero tolerance towards violations, racism and violence.

Högevallsbadet's staff did not feel that there was a need to reject the young people from the bathhouse in the first stage, says Rickard Persson.

The staff can use a security company if necessary, but in this situation they chose not to do so.

Once the police arrived at the scene, the assessment was different and the young people were removed from the bathhouse.

Two men are accused of assaulting Erik Sjöbring, one of whom denies the crime.

They fall on the eighth of March.
