"It's more convenient to drive through the customs. Before sending out samples, we had to send them back and forth. Now we have to look at the products. We can just bring them over on the same day. Today I brought some samples and I'm going to show them to customers in Shenzhen." Mr. Zhuo explain.

Mr. Yang, a container truck driver from Hong Kong, said: "With the 24-hour customs clearance at the Shenzhen Bay Port, you can pull different goods back and forth several times a day." The son of Ms. Lin, a Hong Kong resident, accidentally fell while playing in the Mainland and broke his leg. He needed to return to Hong Kong for further treatment. However, because he was carrying large luggage and the child was still in a wheelchair, Ms. Lin was concerned about how to pass customs easily.

After understanding the situation, the Shenzhen Bay Border Inspection Station quickly launched the "first pick-up responsibility system", dispatched police officers on duty to help Ms. Lin's mother and son share the luggage, and sent the two to a special channel for exit procedures.

"Thank you very much for the help of the Shenzhen Bay Border Inspection Station." Ms. Lin said.

The relevant person in charge of the Shenzhen Bay Border Inspection Station said that the station also set up a "wheelchair assistance group" and a "lei care team" for special groups such as the elderly, the weak, the sick, the disabled, and pregnant women, and set up a fast channel in the entry-exit hall to collect point, providing passengers with a one-stop service of "collection + customs clearance".
