As the spring labor offensive is in full swing, the government wants to prepare an environment for wage increases, and is making adjustments centered on holding the "Government-Labor-Management Conference" for the first time in about eight years next week on the 15th.

Prime Minister Kishida has indicated that he intends to mobilize all policies and work to improve the environment so that concrete results can be achieved in this year's spring labor offensive in order to realize a wage increase that exceeds the rise in prices.

Under these circumstances, the government is making adjustments centering on holding a "Government-Labour-Management Conference" by the business and labor worlds on the 15th of next week.

Regarding the ``Government-Labor-Management Conference'', Chairman Yoshino of the Rengo requested that it be held, and Keidanren Chairman Tokura also indicated that he would positively consider attending if there was a call.

While this year's spring labor offensive is in full swing, mainly among major companies, the government will hold a meeting on the day of the intensive response scheduled for the 15th to increase the momentum for wage increases, and the wages of small and medium-sized enterprises after that. There is also an aim to influence negotiations.

It will be the first time in about eight years since 2015 that a government-labor-management meeting will be held.
