According to him, for the Ukrainian troops, the battle in Artyomovsk is "one of the most difficult."
He also called the situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city "painful and difficult."
Earlier, the founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine created four groups around Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) in order to prevent Russian assault squads from blocking the city.
According to Ukrainian media, the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Artyomovsk complained about low chances of survival and about old weapons.
