The opposition of Moldova will seek the abolition of the bill on renaming the state language

According to the interlocutor of the agency, the Moldovan language has the status of a state language in accordance with the country's constitution.

The ruling Action and Solidarity party intends to rewrite the constitution without holding a referendum.

The politician called such plans a "crime".

“This lawlessness must be stopped.

The deputies of the BCS will seek to annul the decision of the ruling party,” concluded Batryncha.

Earlier it became known that the ruling party of Moldova "Action and Solidarity" at a parliamentary meeting approved in the first reading the renaming of the state language into Romanian.

It was also reported that there was a brawl in the Parliament of Moldova due to the renaming of the state language.
