He noted that Bolton's reasoning does not contain an assessment of the consequences that an exchange of nuclear strikes will lead to.
According to him, most of the US ruling class thinks in the same categories.
Earlier, Bolton said that the US should reconsider the number of nuclear warheads and delivery systems against the backdrop of rivalry with Russia and China.
