Wage requirements are reduced from 150,000 to 120,000 rubles a month in cities with a population of over one million, and from 100,000 to 70,000 rubles in other settlements.

At the same time, the requirements for specialists working in Moscow will remain the same: the minimum wage must be at least 150,000 rubles a month.
