Head of the National Security and Defense Council Danilov: Kyiv began preparing for the conflict after the meeting between Putin and Zelensky

According to RIA Novosti, Danilov said this on the air of the 24 TV channel.

“The NSDC apparatus began preparing for these processes after December 2019, after the visit of the President of our country to Paris,” he said.

Earlier, the ex-president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that he signed the Minsk agreements in order to buy time.

Also, the Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, stated that the West, in the situation with the Minsk agreements, kept a “stone in its bosom” and was preparing for an armed confrontation with Russia.
