Recall that on the morning of March 2, a sabotage group from the territory of Ukraine entered the village of Lyubechane, Klimovsky district, Bryansk region.

Attackers fired at the car in which there were children.

Third-grader Fedya, born in 2012, was wounded in the chest, but despite this, he led two other passengers out of the car, covering himself.

The boy's older sister relayed his account of what happened after the shelling: “He took the girls and they ran.

He did not cry, he did not lose his head ... First they ran across the field, then they went out onto the road - they stopped the tractor, but he did not take them, and then Fedya already stopped the car, there were two uncles there.

They have already taken them to Ira, our friend.”

A family friend called the mother of the wounded boy, Raya.

As Raya recalls, the day before she, as usual, accompanied her son to the car to school: “We have had this route for a year now, there is only one road.

My friend called me and said: "Ray, I'm sorry, but Fedor was wounded."

The older sister Elzara immediately rushed to the hospital.

Fedya was sitting in the waiting room.

“He was calm.

I'm hysterical, and he calms me down.

I looked at the wound... I think they shot in the back,” she says.

As the director of the Department of Health of the Bryansk Region Sergey Galaganov explained, after examining Fedor, he was taken by ambulance to the Klimov Central District Hospital: “An X-ray examination and ultrasound were performed there, a gunshot wound was detected, with a metal object in the soft tissues of the chest.”

Fortunately, the boy's condition was stable, which allowed him to be transferred to the Bryansk hospital, Sergey Galaganov continues: “Here, after an additional examination, the child was taken to the operating room, where a team of thoracoabdominal surgeons, experienced doctors, worked.

The operating doctor had experience in Lugansk, a month ago the surgeon returned from a business trip, where he took part in the treatment of patients with combat injuries.”

According to Galaganov, the operation took place as usual and lasted four hours.

“The wound turned out to be penetrating, the bullet was in the left pleural cavity, as a result of the operation, the bullet was removed,” he explained.

The boy was placed in intensive care for post-anesthesia observation.

In the evening the child woke up, his condition is stable, he talks, drinks water, eats.

On March 3, Fedya was transferred from the intensive care unit to the ward, where Raya's mother and older sister visited him.

As Fedya's mother said, the boy in everything takes an example from his older brothers, Alexei and Ivan, who are now on a special military operation.

The little hero was able to talk to one of them via video link right from the hospital room.

“He really is my hero.

He always defended his sister, did not refuse help to anyone.

If I feel bad, he is always there, says my mother.

He dreams, like his brothers, to defend his homeland, he wants to be a military man.

Fedor's mother added that the boy can now celebrate three birthdays at once: “His birthday is December 6th.

But yesterday was his third birthday.

Valentina, the mother of one of the girls rescued by Fedya, Zlata, told the RT Ruptly video agency that the children have been friends since early childhood, live in the same village, go to the same school.
