It will include, for the most part, the ammunition that the Ukrainians will need for the systems they already have, such as HIMARS and artillery, ”TASS quoted him as saying.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg was previously forced to admit that the supply of ammunition to Ukraine "is not sustainable", since their "consumption is much higher" than the production rate in the alliance member states.
The bloc's Secretary General also stated that NATO's stocks of shells for deliveries to Kyiv have been depleted.
