Andriy Yermak, an adviser to the office of the Ukrainian president, said that Kyiv does not accept proposals for a ceasefire.
At the same time, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that there are "positive elements" in China's plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.
