They noted that the sound of the explosion was heard in the rural part of the city across the Moscow River.
According to TASS with reference to law enforcement agencies, information about the explosion in the village is currently being verified.
“Currently, law enforcement officers, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and emergency services have left for the scene to verify information,” the agency was told.
