This was stated in an interview with Pioneer by the CEO of the German concern Rheinmetall AG Armin Papperger.

“We had two whole systems with which Berlin could certainly be defended, but these systems are currently in Ukraine,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

Papperger explained that four such systems would be enough to protect Berlin from air attacks, but now the city is under threat.

Earlier, the Rheinmetall concern, commissioned by the German government, began supplying Kyiv with automated reconnaissance systems.

Former US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper expressed confidence that the United States was delaying the supply of Patriot missile defense systems to Ukraine.
