The UK recalled that earlier the Russian Ministry of Defense had warned of the arrival of toxic chemicals in Ukraine.

In particular, a train arrived in Kramatorsk (DPR), one of the wagons of which contained chemicals.

“The cargo, which arrived accompanied by a group of foreign citizens, was moved to the line of contact, which, along with the simultaneous supply of protective equipment against toxic chemicals, may indicate an attempt to conduct large-scale provocations using a military psychotropic poisonous substance,” the Investigative Committee said.

On February 28, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the United States was preparing a provocation in Ukraine using toxic chemicals.

According to reports, a shipment of chemicals entered Ukrainian territory, including a substance known as BZ, which causes acute psychosis, disorientation, hallucinations and memory impairment.
