In his appeal, the parliamentarian noted that the LDPR faction has repeatedly raised the issue of confiscation of cars from persons who systematically violate the rules of the road, in fact, completely ignoring them.

At the same time, according to him, today, in order to fulfill the goals set within the framework of a special military operation in Ukraine, there is a need for vehicles with high technical characteristics and increased cross-country ability, Vlasov noted.

“I ask you to evaluate the feasibility of confiscating cars from persons who systematically violate the rules of the road for the purpose of their subsequent transfer to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation unilaterally without compensation payments,” the text of the appeal says.

Earlier in Russia, they proposed an amnesty for traffic fines for those mobilized.
