In designing this factory, initially we used the concept of metaverse for the first time.
What kind of idea is that all our values are on the platform, and there is a virtual value, so just this one item, we saved half a year.
Then at the beginning of our project, we can see that the screen on the left is what our building or equipment looks like in the virtual world, and the screen on the right is what we are building now brick by brick.
[Explanation] After the completion of the huge Lida factory, zero rework was realized, and equipment debugging and installation were completed in one step. The application of digitalization and metaverse has achieved remarkable results.
This made Zhang Tao's proposal more confident, and after the factory was put into production, this factory created by new technology touched Zhang Tao deeply. Digitalization and metaverse are no longer gimmicks, but new technologies that can stimulate change .
