Earlier, the press service of the regional traffic police department reported that 41 cars were involved in a mass accident in the Novgorod region, the number of victims increased to 14.

Five people were hospitalized with a concussion, including four children.

Dmitry Karpochev, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Novgorod Region, said that employees of the emergency department are deploying a mobile heating point at the site of a major accident on the M-11.
