Before the National Two Sessions in 2015, as a representative of the National People's Congress from an old revolutionary base, Ming Jinghua visited Wang Chengdeng, a hundred-year-old veteran of the Red Army from Ganzhou.
Wang Chengdeng specially wrote a letter and entrusted Ming Jinghua to forward it to General Secretary Xi Jinping.
