The degree of matching between personnel and posts has been further improved, and the recruitment of talents in short supply has been increased

Experts said that judging from the recruitment requirements in recent years, the professional requirements for civil servant recruitment are more detailed, which further improves the matching degree of personnel and posts.

Specifically, the recruitment announcements in many places have proposed to further promote the hierarchical and classified examinations, and pay attention to reflecting the employment needs of different levels of agencies.

For example, the examinations in Hebei and other places divide the written test papers of public subjects into three types of propositions, highlight the evaluation of theoretical thinking, comprehensive analysis and other aspects of ability for comprehensive management positions at the county level and above, and highlight the evaluation of legal handling and public services for administrative law enforcement positions and other aspects of ability, for township comprehensive management positions, highlight the ability to evaluate implementation, grassroots work and other aspects.

Some positions in Sichuan’s provincial agencies have differentiated settings for undergraduate and postgraduate majors, adjusted the proportion of written test and interview scores as needed, further improved the accuracy and scientificity of job qualification conditions, and supplemented interdisciplinary professionals.

In addition, some regions also specifically mentioned the need to increase the recruitment of talents in short supply according to local development needs.
