Each minister had to explain the management of the funds made available to him.

Minister of State Payadowa Boukpessi in charge of Territorial Administration explains that the operations were carried out in a hurry.

The Minister of the Digital Economy rectifies and affirms that the balance of the transfers is not 779 million CFA francs.

According to Sani Yaya, Minister of Finance, the use of funds for the response to Covid is justified.

For example, the purchase of rice by the Minister of Commerce: “

Let's say 31,500 tons of rice have been ordered.

Suddenly 8 billion to ensure the availability of rice throughout the year and avoid the outbreak of rice.

Let's be serious, it's enough - at least for me - to explain the process of transparency and clarity

, ”slices Pacôme Adjourouvi, second vice-president of the National Assembly.

In 3 hours, the fifteen ministers present gave convincing explanations for the deputies.

They believe that the Court of Auditors has done its job and that the expenses incurred are now justified.
