“Establish cases and procedures for granting citizens who are in volunteer formations the right to travel free of charge by rail, air, water and road (excluding taxis) transport,” the text of the order posted on the official portal of legal information says.
The right is granted to volunteers who contribute to the fulfillment of the tasks of the Russian army during the period of mobilization, martial law, wartime, during armed conflicts, counter-terrorist operations, operations outside of Russia.
Earlier, the Russian military department said that volunteers and military personnel of assault units courageously carry out the most difficult tasks to liberate Donbass.
