“Banks should establish a procedure for implementing these support measures so that a serviceman can, in a form accessible to him or through a representative, declare that there are grounds for reduced commissions,” the recommendations of the Bank of Russia say.
It is clarified that the recommendations relate to commissions for transfers from the account of a mobilized or other participant in a special operation to members of his family and commissions for withdrawing cash from their accounts.
Earlier it became known that Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu by order determined the procedure for monthly payments to mobilized servicemen.
It is clarified that monthly payments will be accrued from the date of appointment of a mobilized citizen to a position and until the day of dismissal from it, inclusive.
The amount of social payments for an incomplete calendar month is determined in proportion to the number of days served.
