“In such an environment, doing business with the United States and with the West in general is no longer possible as usual,” the message on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry says.

It is noted that business as usual is impossible both in principle and in the field of arms control.

Moscow does not withdraw from the agreement, namely, it suspends its participation, the President noted.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that Washington is still ready to talk with Moscow about arms control at any time.
