The G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors' Meeting will be held in Bengaluru, southern India, for two days starting on the 24th of this month. From Japan, Finance Minister Suzuki and Bank of Japan Governor Kuroda are scheduled to attend.



Minister Suzuki announced at a press conference after the cabinet meeting on the 21st that Japan will hold a G7 meeting on the 23rd as the chair country.

We will reaffirm the unity of the G7 regarding support for Ukraine and pressure on Russia, and discuss the impact of Russia's aggression on the world economy."
