The joint management of the whole river basin has achieved initial results.

The second is to play a leading role.

Referring to the significance of the applicable rules, it provides a sample for the higher-level procuratorial organs to directly handle public interest litigation cases involving major ecological environment damage across administrative divisions.

The third is to demonstrate the value of the system.

The Supreme People's Procuratorate and the provincial people's courts directly file public interest litigation cases for difficult, complicated or influential public interest damage issues, which not only promotes the resolution of individual public interest damage problems, but also pays attention to common problems within the field, industry, and region, and complements social governance Short board, promote system governance and source governance.

A long-term mechanism for river basin ecological environment governance has been established.
