Many of you are on the slopes for the February holidays and, tenant or future owner, you may have rented a chalet or an apartment that is a little difficult to heat... No wonder: it is probably a sieve thermal!

However, it is impossible to know with certainty, since there is no classification for second homes or vacation rentals, unlike main residences. 

On the real estate front in the mountains, the situation could however quickly change since the Minister of Housing wants the famous ECD to be extended to holiday residences.

Direct consequence: thermal colanders could no longer be rented in turn, and as it is very complicated to insulate an old wooden chalet or an apartment from the 70s, even more so in a freezing environment, local elected officials are worried.
