“The agreement between Russia and China on visa-free group tourist trips, suspended due to the pandemic, has resumed its effect,” the message says.

Under the agreement, organized tourists in a group of five to 50 people can visit the neighboring country without obtaining a visa and stay there for up to 15 days.

It is noted that this document was signed by the governments of China and Russia in February 2000.

Earlier, China expressed its desire to increase humanitarian cooperation with Russia in the field of tourism.

Also, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui said that China wants to increase the number of flights to Russia.
