According to the ex-Chancellor of Germany, the Minsk agreements gave Ukraine more time to develop between 2014 and 2021.
“And now Ukraine can not only give an answer, but also get the necessary support,” Merkel stressed.
Earlier, Poroshenko, during a conversation with Vovan and Lexus, who introduced themselves as former US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul, said that he had signed the Minsk agreements in order to gain time.
