R Productions, the organizer of the concert of American comedian Kevin Hart, announced the cancellation of its concert, which was scheduled to be held tomorrow, Tuesday, at Cairo Stadium.

The cancellation of the ceremony came for logistical reasons, according to the organizing company's statement, which confirmed its keenness to refund all attendees the value of tickets as soon as possible, without the company explaining detailed reasons for canceling the concert hours before its scheduled date.

The pioneers of social media platforms in Egypt had launched a campaign to refuse to hold the concert a month ago from now, and launched a tag entitled "Canceling the Kevin Hart Concert", and the tag quickly drew attention, leading the social media platforms.

Under slogans such as "not welcome" and "Egypt's history is a red line" and the tag "Canceling the Kevin Hart concert", the Egyptian campaign was launched calling for the cancellation of Hart's "stand-up comedy" party, justifying this by rejecting the star's previous statements about the origin of the kings of ancient Egypt and his views. Which they described as "racism" and "falsification of Egyptian history."

The campaign was launched to express rejection of Hart's previous statements about Egyptian civilization, in which he stated, "We must teach our children the true history of black Africans when they were kings in Egypt, and not just the era of slavery that is cemented by education in America. Do you remember the time when we were kings? ".

Hart was known for embracing the ideas advocated by the "Afrocentric" movement, which was founded by some groups of African origin in many European countries and the United States of America.

The new movement aims to stand up to the prevailing views in foreign countries that the modern Western civilizational superiority is the origin, and to review the African achievements after all the racism and persecution the brown continent has suffered for decades.

In the context of their promotion of these ideas, the pioneers of the "Afrocentric" movement declared that the origin of Egyptian civilization belongs to Africans only, but that the kings of Egypt themselves are Africans and the ancient Egyptians have nothing to do with civilization, which is what they cited some pharaonic statues and paintings of dark-skinned people.

Hart bought a publishing house in America in order to retell history for children from the point of view of the movement, especially since many African businessmen and other celebrities of African descent support the idea not only politically but also financially, including singer Rihanna.
